T471B.. TMA-Question 1 ..Spring 2014✿

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

اسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

هنا ستتم مناقشة السؤال الاول

وهو كالتالي




هذا السؤال عباره عن كتابة التقرير Report بشكل مبدئي بحيث توقع محتويات التقرير لمشروعنا
وأقسامه

اي بمعنى اننا راح نكتب مثلا chapter one هو التخطيط planning ويحتوي على مثلا 300 كلمه

هذا هو المطلوب مننا

نعطي التقرير ملامحه لكن بدون كتابة تفاصيل او تعبئته
فقط مثلا نكتب عند مرحله التخطيط من الفصل الاول ..بانه مرحلة التخطيط لمشروعي هي المرحله المهمه وووو يعني نكتب نبذه عن التخطيط بسطرين لا أكثر



طبعا هنا ملف الفاينل ريبورت من الدكتور حسين والموجود بال LMS ايضا

أرجع وأقول بان المطلوب هو هيكلة التقرير فقط من دون اي تفاصيل

وبامكانكم الاطلاع على ملفات لطلاب جامعتنا او ملفات خراجيه .. لانه بالاول والاخير اساسيات التقرير متشابهه الى حد كبير

بمعنى ان اول صفحه من التقرير راح تكون الغلاف اللي يحتوي اسم المشروع والشعار واسماء القروب ورقم المشروع والمشرف

الصفحه الثانيه ممكن تكون كلمة شكر سواء للدكتور او اي احد ساعدك بالمشروع

الصفحه الثالثه تكون محتويات التقرير وهو الفهرس

الصفحه الرابعه تكون الاشاؤات المرجعيه لجميع الرسومات بالتقرير حتى يسهل الوصول اليها

وهالشي يختلف من طالب لطالب


الان لو نتذكر الخطه اللي سويناها بالبارت الاول من المشروع وهو السؤال الثالث الخطه لمشروعنا

البعض مشي عليها بنظام LIFE CYCLE والبعض مشي بنظام اخر


بعدين مثلا شابتر 1 يحتوي على مقدمه المشروع ومرحله التخطيط اللي هي جمع المعلومات ووجمع المعلومات وووو


الشابتر الثاني مرحلة التحليل .......

الشابتر الثالث مرحلة التصميم ......

وكل شابتر يتفرع منه عناوين فرعيه

وهكذا


طبعا اسماء الشابترز وعددها تختلف من كل طالب على حسب حجم مشروعه وهو كيف مخطط


بالاخير السؤال هذا مطلوب من 5000 الى 7000 كلمه


لا تنفجعو مو مطلوب كتابتهم الان .. وحاولو تركزو معي عشان تفهمو المطلوب



السؤال طلب الهيكل العام للتقرير مع كتابة عدد الكلمات في كل جزء

مثلا صفحة الغلاف تحتوي مثلا على 50 كلمه ( اسمي اسم المشرف- عنوان المشروع- رقم المشروع....) هنا تقريبا 50 كلمه

نجي لصفحة الشكر راح نفترض انها تحتوي على 100 كلمه

نجي لصفحة المقدمة او مثل ما نقول Abstract نفرضتحتوي على 200 كلمة

صفحة الشابتر 1 يحتوي مثلا على 400 كلمه وهكذا ...

نتوقع كم كلمة راح تكون بكل جزء من الريبورت .. طبعا الافتراض نفترضه تقريبي للواقع ..بحيث ما نحط مجرد ارقام والتقرير الفعلي يكون غير وبهذا راح تنقصو درجات

بالاخير نجمع عدد الكلمات اللي افترضانها ونكتبها بنهاية السؤال


هذا باختصار المطلوب من السؤال الاول واتمنى اني وفقت بشرحه

1 An appropriate title page and a table of contents
These act as a quick reference page to show the structure of the report.
2 An introduction
This should include the following:
a. Background information about the problem
b. The proposed solution methodology.
3 Main body
This should cover the planning, doing and reviewing stages as follow:
I. Planning – what you set out to do and why
You must include the following:
 Project Aims
 Project Domain
 Background information.
 Project Requirements: A clear statement of your requirements includes:
o Data requirements
o Functional requirements
o Tools & development environment
II. Doing – what you did, how you did it and why - You must include the following:
Discuss your background reading and literature ******. This should include an explanation of the following:
o The gaps you identified in your knowledge and understanding;
o The key resources and ****** strategies you used to locate the information you needed.
Discuss the particular approach you used for your work including:
a. The one you used in the development process as whole.
b. The one you used in modelling the logical view of the system (UML, ERD, etc...).
c. Software or modelling tools used.




Project Activities
Demonstrate clearly which stages of the development process you have completed like design models, schemas and related documentation. This should include an explanation of the following:
o What you did to achieve the aims and targets you set yourself;
o Including diagrams/ flowcharts.
o What choices or decisions, with justifications, you had to make to keep your project on track;
III- Reviewing – what you achieved and what you learn - You should include the following.
o Technical results

 A de******ion of how verification and validation were applied to all stages
 A meaningful overview and discussion of the system user interface.
o An evaluation (To evaluate product satisfactory):
 An evaluation of the implementation and the testing strategy undertaken.
 A demonstration of handling errors.
Reflecting on achievements
o How well you achieved the aims of your project.
o The scope for future work.
4 A brief conclusion
This section should include the following:
a. A summary of the main features of the project.
b. Highlight the importance of results.
5 References and bibliography
6 Appendices
This may include:
a. Lengthy or detailed tables;
b. Relevant intermediate deliverables;
c. Program listings, test cases and results;
d. User and technical documentation;
e. Student’s log & schedule.



Sections and their sizes
A typical A4 page of single-spaced word-processed typing in a 12 point font is roughly 500 words (250 words for an average hand-written page). So a report where the substantive core of the material is to come to about 7000 words, would be about 14 word-processed pages long, plus extra pages for title and contents, diagrams, tables, and references; perhaps 24-26 pages altogether. If it were constructed along the lines described above, the page counts might therefore end up something like this.

لاني الواجي بس عندي حوالي ١٠ صفحات وهو رؤس اقلام
التقرير مستحيل يكون ١٤ صفحة ،،،،، ولا انا غلطانه

رح يكون جواب هالسؤال على شكل مقاله فيها شرح للريبورت مو على شكل نقاط صحيح؟؟
